Eric Ottenlips is a Vice President within CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance group and is currently based in Phoenix. He first joined CBRE in 2018 in the St. Louis office as an underwriter for CBRE's agency lending programs, transitioning after three years to a broader production role.
In his time at CBRE, Eric has contributed directly to over $500 million in successful debt transactions, gaining deep experience in a variety of property and product types. He specializes in small- and mid-market financing for both multifamily and commercial properties, leveraging his knowledge of markets across the West and Midwest to provide unique solutions for his clients.
