As Senior Director of the Financial Consulting Group in San Diego, Eric Walker oversees a team of finance professionals who are responsible for providing comprehensive, concise, and fully customized financial analysis to underwrite and drive real estate strategy. Eric has over a decade of Commercial Real Estate experience and is an expert in assisting Occupiers and Landlords with their corporate finance needs, including incorporating complex GAAP and Tax implications.
