Erica Schiffman

Erica Schiffman joined CBRE as Senior Associate in 2021 with over twelve years’ experience in the real estate industry. She brings an extensive amount of expertise and insight to the Philadelphia market. Prior to joining CBRE, Erica worked for Cushman & Wakefield where she was part of the Retail Services Group. Erica represents her clients on both the occupier and agency sides with site identification, negotiation, and leasing. She provides real estate services to a wide scope of national and regional retail occupiers such as Sweetgreen, H&R Block, SmileDirectClub, CVS, CSL Plasma, Michaels, and EchoPark Automotive among others. Additionally, Erica has represented landlords and investors such as LNR Partners, The Viking Group, Katz Properties Retail, and many more.

A lifelong Philadelphia resident, Erica brings an extensive amount of expertise and insight to the market. Erica’s local knowledge and connection with the community, along with her understanding of the evolution of retail throughout Philadelphia, allows her to offer her clients unparalleled solutions in the leasing of retail space in the Philadelphia Downtown Metropolitan and Suburban area markets.
