Professional Experience

Erica Stricker has been with CBRE since 2013 and is an accomplished strategy and operations executive with proven success leading large, global teams. She has a successful track record driving and influencing strategies that result in win-win outcomes for all stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and delivering profitable growth and transformation. In addition to an expansive career in corporate real estate outsourcing, Erica is a highly successful general manager, having supported global corporations in more than 100 countries.

Located in Seattle, WA, Erica is the Chief Operating Officer of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Sector (TMT) at CBRE. As COO, Erica is focused on operational excellence and identifying the right mix of shared capabilities across the sector. Additionally, Erica leads the TMT sector’s growth strategy, including merger and acquisition activity.

Previously, Erica held various leadership roles at CBRE, including Global Alliance Director, Global Operations Lead, Regional Director and Occupancy Planning Lead on a Fortune 100 technology account. In these roles, Erica was instrumental in ongoing account growth while maintaining high client satisfaction, operational excellence and employee engagement.

Before joining CBRE, Erica held roles at Nelson, Gensler and California Pacific Medical Center with responsibilities in the delivery of strategic occupancy planning services, space forecasting and planning, and project management of multi-million-dollar facility and design projects.
