Erica Stricker

Erica Stricker is Group President, of the Technology and Media & Telecom (TMT) Sectors within CBRE’s Enterprise FM business. Erica is responsible for executive oversight of the group’s global strategy and service delivery. She is focused on unifying CBRE’s capabilities across service lines and geographies to solve complex client challenges and drive long-term value.

Prior to this, Erica was President, Global Account Management for the firm’s Strategic Accounts team. In this role, she was charged with delivering a more strategic, consistent, and integrated experience for CBRE’s largest occupier clients. She also previously held numerous leadership roles within the TMT sector, including Chief Operating Officer and Global Alliance Director for a Fortune 20 account.

Since joining CBRE in 2013, Erica has established herself as a strategic and transformative leader, excelling in dynamic environments. She operates as a global general manager and consistently achieves results through operational excellence and effective change leadership. Erica is recognized as a "connector," adept at breaking down internal silos to leverage CBRE's full capabilities for clients. She is a dedicated client advocate and a leader who prioritizes her teams, fostering strong partnerships for long-term success among all stakeholders.

Before joining CBRE, Erica held roles at Nelson, Gensler and California Pacific Medical Center with responsibility for the delivery of strategic occupancy planning services space forecasting and planning, and project management of multi-million-dollar facility and design projects.
