Erik Parker specializes in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of industrial properties throughout the South County area of San Diego. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Erik worked as an industrial property specialist with Cassidy Turley in San Diego, CA for thirteen years where he handled development projects for Master Development Corporation, Kearny Real Estate and Venture Corporation; as well as institutional leasing assignments for Clarion Partners and Rexford Industrial.
