Erik Wentzel

Erik Wentzel is an experienced project management professional with expertise Construction Management. He has a broad knowledge of varied building and office types. As part of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Life Sciences Project Management team, Erik leads all aspects of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

Prior to joining CBRE, Erik spent seven years at Quest Diagnostics where he supported several key design and construction programs. Erik has an in-depth knowledge of the design/ build cycle, as well as Integrated Project Delivery methodology. In his role as Project Manager, Erik led large lab design and build efforts. Over his career, Erik has worked in many diverse project types and sizes, from small cubicle farms to large office complexes. Erik is a collaborative communicator who is focused on building client relationships and promoting synergy across business units to drive positive change, cohesive business strategies and enhanced profitability.
