Associated Office
Erin Ford joined CBRE in 2015 as a Client Service Coordinator supporting senior level brokers specializing in retail real estate in the Conshohocken and Philadelphia offices. In 2017 Erin was promoted to Client Services Specialist where in this role she worked directly with clients conducting leasing and sale efforts as well as managed listing renewals, signage and marketing materials including brochures, email blasts and mailers for a portfolio of over 75 listings for her team.
Since 2020 Erin has been working as a Transaction Manger with GWS. In her role Erin prepares, recommends, and implements a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties. She coordinates field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sale renewals, early lease termination, and more. Erin also acts the Transaction Platform representative for the account’s Operating Council.
Prior to joining CBRE Erin was a Real Estate Operations Analyst for Donald E. Wright & Co. Real Estate Appraisers in Media, PA where she assisted in all aspects of the formation of residential appraisal reports.
Erin is a licensed real estate sales person in Pennsylvania.
