Erin Hepp is a Senior Transaction Manager specializing in Industrial & Logistics in Denver, Colorado. Erin focuses exclusively on investor leasing for top-tier institutional Class A industrial product totaling over 8 MSF across the Denver metro area. She and her top performing industrial team of Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Keiffer Garton also provide market-leading industrial brokerage services relating to investment sales, tenant representation, land sales and user sales.

Erin’s team is also a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in key logistics hubs across the United States, the 38 investment sales and 59 support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Prior to joining the Industrial & Logistics team in 2021, Erin worked in sales management for CBRE from 2018-2021, driving business development strategy & analytics for over 100 brokers throughout the Colorado region. She also worked as a senior research analyst for CBRE in San Francisco from 2013-2016, tracking the downtown office market fundamentals and producing market reports and thought leadership pieces for over 40 office brokers.
