Erin Miller is a seasoned leader and Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, based in Charlotte. With a strategic vision and a results-oriented approach, Erin has more than 10 years of experience in in delivering value-driven real estate outsourcing solutions to major corporations. Her role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align global real estate operations with client objectives, ensuring seamless integration of solutions that encompass organization, technology, and process components.
Erin is responsible for:
- Delivering innovative and effective outsourcing solutions
- Developing outsourced strategies in facilities management, project management, employee experience services, and transactions and lease administration
- Ensuring global operations and platform teams are aligned on all new business opportunities including solution strategy, response plans, and response frameworks
- Guiding global teams through complex of client expansions, renewals, commercial requirements and contract negotiations for global defense, utility, energy, and resources clients
- Cultivating strong client relationships and expanding account capabilities through emerging real estate solutions
Prior to joining CBRE, Erin spent seven years with national and regional architecture, engineering, and construction firms working in business development, strategy, and research.
