Erin Neaton

As Manager of Web Marketing for the Eastern and Central Divisions, Erin Neaton is responsible for increasing awareness of the web initiative, developing new capabilities within the web platform, and training of local office web publishers throughout the Eastern and Central Regions.  

• Advising the local offices and managing directors on marketing and cost saving solutions by utilizing web marketing 

• Coordinating the recruitment, training, and support of Web Publishers for U.S. Regional offices

• Conducting training and awareness programs for web tools and marketing techniques

• Encouraging the use of the web throughout the Eastern and Central Regions resulting in improved marketing capabilities, cost savings, and increased client relations.

• Performing quarterly review of all content on cbre.com throughout the Eastern and Central Divisions

• Maintaining corporate branding and consistency throughout CBRE websites within the Eastern and Central Divisions

• Acting as final approval of content for web pages within the Eastern and Central Divisions

• Working with the rest of the Web Marketing Group to create resources, job descriptions, training programs and certifications for local office publisher

Prior to working with CBRE, Ms. Neaton worked as a Project Manager for a Financial Planning company . Organizing and executing all financial planning and budgeting seminars.  As well as developed new business and helped establish new client relationships.​​​​​
