Erin Wenzler

Erin Wenzler is based in the Saddle Brook, NJ office and has thirteen years of experience in commercial real estate. Ms. Wenzler is focused on landlord representation of office space. She has represented and marketed millions of sq. ft. of Class A office buildings ranging from the prestigious Giralda Farms in Madison, NJ, headquarters-quality facilities such as 10 Park Avenue in Morristown and large multi-tenanted office complexes such as Morris Corporate Center 1&2 and Blue Hill Plaza. Ms. Wenzler has done worked on several large corporate accounts including a large confidential insurance company, Prudential and Siemens.

Prior to working in brokerage, Ms. Wenzler was a client services specialist, providing brokerage, marketing and administrative support. She began her career at CBRE as a Marketing Coordinator with the CBRE New Jersey Corporate Communications and Marketing team. In this role, she worked hand-in-hand with brokers on new business pitches, created property marketing collateral and coordinated broker events.
