Esther joined the Southeast Multifamily Valuation Team based in South Florida in 2025. Esther earned her Bachelors degree in Real Estate from the University of Miami in 2025. In the past she has held positions in RE/MAX Vision Jerusalem, The Crest Group, Project Destined, and Casa Bohemia. Esther is focused on all types of multifamily valuation including Garden, Mid/High-Rise, Mixed-Use, Student Housing, Affordable/LIHTC/LLA, BTR and conversions. Her strong research and financial modeling skills, combined with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset, enable her to drive value and efficiency in every project.
