Ethan Writt is a member of the CBRE National Partners Industrial Investment Sales Team, a national partnership that is comprised of five teams to deliver superior strategy and execution in all facets of industrial real estate. Concentrated on the North Central Region, Ethan works alongside sales professionals, Mike Caprile, Ryan Bain, Zach Graham and Joe Horrigan. As an Investment Sales Analyst, Ethan participates in the execution process, including pre-marketing due diligence, analysis, production of offering materials, deal marketing and closing.
