Ethen’s main objective is leading teams to complete successful projects from inception through completion. He is accountable for making sure his clients’ visions become a reality through effective management of project planning, design, coordination, budget, schedule and closeout. Ethen’s skills have proven to be an asset to our clients and CBRE.
Prior to becoming affiliated with CBRE in 2016, Ethen’s experience included his role as Project Manager for a large commercial general contractor. He managed several construction projects throughout the region. Many of the completed projects were in healthcare, but also included corporate office and retail.
