Eva I. Garza is a Senior Managing Director on CBRE's Americas Consulting practice leadership team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate strategy, workplace consulting, and transformational change. She leads and contributes to high-impact engagements across sectors, with a focus on workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational change management.
Eva is known for translating complex real estate challenges into clear, data-driven strategies that help organizations optimize their portfolios, enhance workplace performance, and achieve sustainable growth. Her approach integrates deep market insight with a collaborative, client-centered methodology, enabling CBRE's consulting practice to serve as a trusted advisor to organizations navigating evolving workplace and real estate demands.
Prior to CBRE, Eva held senior consulting roles at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, and led HOK's consulting practice across the Southeast. Her earlier career spans architectural design of luxury resorts and master-planned communities across the Americas and EMEA, as well as city and regional planning and economic consulting for private investors and government entities worldwide.
