Evan Fiddle is a Senior Vice President in the Midtown Manhattan office of CBRE, the world’s largest global real estate firm. A passionate advocate for his clients, Evan is regarded as an emerging leader in the New York real estate market and has been recognized for his continued potential. He was honored as a Crain's New York Business Rising Star in 2019; was a recipient of Commercial Observer's “30 under 30” Top Leasing Professionals award in 2018; and was named “The Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year" by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) in March 2018. Evan is known for his optimism, likeability, integrity and work ethic.

While at CBRE, Evan has represented a diverse array of New York City tenants and owners. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, venture-backed technology / media firms, non-profit organizations and private equity, hedge fund and investment clients. Some of Evan’s clients include Comcast / NBCUniversal, Tailwind Capital, American Industrial Partners, Madison International Realty, American Ballet Theatre, Maven Clinic, McGraw Hill and Darktrace. In addition to his work with tenants, Evan plays an integral role in helping prominent property owner’s market and lease their buildings, with clients including Boston Properties, Brookfield Properties, LeFrak and Harbor Group International.

An English and Political Science major in college, Evan is an active writer. He regularly posts to his LinkedIn account and personal website. Industry news source Bisnow published Evan’s “10 Ways to Be a Successful Young Real Estate Broker,” in which Evan shared timeless advice, providing insight to help motivate his fellow sales professionals.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys running, biking, reading and an overall healthy lifestyle. He has completed five marathons, two triathlons and has signed up for more endurance events soon. He also volunteers with Back on My Feet, a running-oriented non-profit that combats homelessness, and is a member of their Young Professionals Board.
