Evan Fiddle is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he has spent 13 years building a reputation as a trusted advocate for his clients and an industry-wide thought leader. By leveraging digital platforms to provide sophisticated market intelligence and perspective on the evolving office landscape, Evan has become a prominent voice in the sector. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 7 million square feet in leasing transactions, representing distinguished occupiers such as Aquarian Holdings, EQT Partners, NBCUniversal, Shutterstock, Loro Piana, Madison International Realty, Marcus & Millichap, and Ventas.
Additionally, Evan serves as a strategic advisor to Manhattan’s premier institutional owners, spearheading leasing initiatives for many of the borough’s most iconic office assets. His agency portfolio includes 399 Park Avenue, 599 Lexington Avenue, 570 Fifth Avenue, 7 Bryant Park, 40 West 57th Street, 611 Broadway, and 218 West 18th Street. Evan’s landlord clients range from public REITs and private equity firms to legacy family owners, including companies such as Brookfield, Boston Properties, Extell, and LeFrak.
Evan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, where he was a double major in Political Science and English.
Beyond his professional achievements, Evan maintains a commitment to discipline and wellness as an accomplished endurance athlete. He has completed seven marathons and two triathlons, with more races planned. Equally passionate about community impact, Evan serves on the Young Professionals Board for NAMI-NYC, a leading nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness and advocacy. Above all, Evan is proud of the family he has built in Manhattan, where he resides with his wife and daughter.
