Felipe Kohn

Felipe Kohn is a Financial Analyst with the Miami-based Capital Advisors Latin America team, a division of CBRE’s Capital Advisors that focuses on complex cross-border investment advisory services throughout Latin America. 

Mr. Kohn is responsible for financial analysis, property valuation, market analysis, underwriting and preparation of marketing materials for the sale and buy-side of institutional-quality investment properties on the complete range of asset classes (including: office, retail, industrial, hotel/tourism and residential), throughout the Latin American markets. 

Mr. Kohn recently graduated from New York University’s M.S. in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investments. Prior to that he worked as a Consultant with Deloitte Chile in the Real Estate Consulting team, where he was responsible for real estate valuations throughout Chile.
