Finn McCarthy joined CBRE in 2024, specializing in the private capital multifamily space. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCarthy served as a Senior Analyst at Marcus & Millichap where he underwrote and assisted with the sale of over $500m of commercial multifamily property.
Finn McCarthy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego where he represented the university in the NAIOP Development Competition.
