Fiona is a Vice President of Investment Properties with CBRE, specializing in land, redevelopment, and investment sales across Middle Tennessee. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to her practice, having spent the bulk of her career on the development side of the business before transitioning to brokerage. A proud, long-time Nashvillian, Fiona has a deep understanding of how the market has grown and continues to evolve, and she draws on that combined experience to support clients entering the market or navigating the challenges of development in this region.
Over her career, Fiona has overseen more than $650 million in projects across the Midwest and Southeast, spanning a broad range of product types, including multi-family, owner-occupied and short-term-rental investment condominiums, mixed-use, office, and retail. Her prior roles include Stream Realty, CA South, and GBT Realty, along with an earlier tenure at CBRE prior to her return. Her expertise spans entitlements, underwriting, due diligence, infrastructure planning, and overall project execution; disciplines that inform how she evaluates and represents investments on behalf of owners, investors, and developers.
