Fiona not only focuses on analysing the quantitative and qualitative data, she also uses her psychological insights to create strategies for workplace and real estate portfolios. This is done whilst aligning the strategic actions with the overall vision of the organization in mind. She brings a comprehensive international array of experience, having worked in the United States of America, Mexico, United Kingdom, mainland Europe, United Arab Emirates, India, China, all of Asia and Australia.
She brings with her 30 years of direct retail experience. She started her career in retail at Jardine Matheson Holdings, handling the real estate portfolio for 7-Eleven. Upon the acquisition of this business by Cold Storage Holdings, she was made the Real Estate Manager for Cold Storage and managed the real estate portfolio of 7-Eleven, Guardian, PhotoFinish, Jason, Cold Storage Supermarket and Handifix.
She then joined Brooke Hillier Parker for one and a half years in Hong Kong providing strategic planning & consultancy services including shopping centre planning & layout advice, development and implementation of marketing plans for their sole agency instructions in the region, including Shanghai and Beijing.
