Flynn Jones serves as Sales Director for CBRE’s Carolinas region, overseeing sales management functions across North Carolina and South Carolina. Flynn leads strategic planning, business development, and platform training initiatives that support CBRE’s Advisory Services professionals across the region. He plays a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client engagement, and identifying new market opportunities.
Flynn joined CBRE in 2022 as Director of Sales Operations for the Raleigh and Triad offices. In 2024, he was named Sales Director for North Carolina, and in 2025, his role expanded to include the South Carolina markets. He leads cross-functional collaboration with lines of business, marketing, research, GIS, and sales support teams to deliver best-in-class service to clients and brokers alike.
Prior to CBRE, Flynn spent over a decade at NAI Tri Properties, where he served as Director of Marketing. His background in marketing and operations, combined with more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, gives him a unique perspective on sales enablement and client strategy.
