Forty Semadeni

Fortunat (Forty) Semadeni is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Market’s Debt & Structured Finance team. He works nationally to originate multifamily FHA-insured debt, with a focus on those that have an affordable component. Mr. Semadeni brings 25 years of FHA experience to CBRE, having most recently been the FHA Chief Underwriter at Northmarq for 10 years. In his career, he has either personally underwritten or overseen approximately $3 billion in closed HUD business, encompassing both multifamily and healthcare transactions. Mr. Semadeni is currently the President of two industry consortiums, each dedicated to fostering communication and collaboration between its members and HUD multifamily leadership in its respective regions.
