Francisco Traverso has more than 16 years of experience in appraisals for investment funds, financial institutions, technical inspection of works and evaluation of real estate, industrial and educational projects.
Master in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA and Architect from the University of Chile, Santiago de Chile.
Professional in charge of the valuations of CBRE Chile, department with more than ten years of presence in the market and that during 2014, has valued assets for an amount greater than USDMM 3.5 with processes carried out in Chile, the United States and Peru.
Additionally, Francisco leads the Diploma in Real Estate Management taught by the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, the main institution of higher education in Chile and one of the most important in Latin America.
The responsibilities of the area are the study of the real estate market, dynamics of the city, analysis of the sale / lease market and the territorial planning systems of the city. This means being permanently analyzing real estate developments and operations throughout the country.
