Professional Experience
Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Washington and Architect from the University of Chile.
Francisco Traverso has over 16 years of experience in valuations and appraisals for investment funds and financial institutions, as well as in construction technical inspections and the evaluation of real estate, industrial, and educational projects.
He currently leads the Consulting, Valuation, and Appraisal area at CBRE Chile, a department with more than 15 years of market presence that has been involved in the valuation of assets across Chile, the United States, and Peru.
His responsibilities include analyzing the real estate market, urban dynamics, sales and leasing markets, and territorial planning systems. This entails continuous monitoring of real estate developments and transactions throughout the country.
In recent years, he has led advisory services focused on maximizing clients’ investment returns, including market and technical studies, board-level presentations, financial evaluations, advisory on new investments, and strategic assessments of real estate portfolios, among others.
Additionally, Francisco has led the Real Estate Management Diploma Program delivered by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in Chile and Latin America.
