Associated Office
Frank Larsen has ten years’ experience specializing in industrial brokerage. As First Vice President, Mr. Larsen has been nationally recognized for his outstanding performance serving numerous Fortune 500 clients with their real estate needs. His focus on industrial market drivers along with his seamless execution of the tenant representation process has been a key value-add to his diverse client base throughout North Carolina and across the United States. Through effective negotiation and exceptional market knowledge, Mr. Larsen is able to optimize clients’ real estate portfolios and effectively reduce costs and mitigate risks. In 2013, Mr. Larsen and his team completed more than $55 million worth of transactions and continue to enhance their occupier services for industrial clients through the CBRE platform.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Larsen worked for Equis Corporation, a national tenant representation firm focused on end users of office space.
