Frank McCafferty is the Executive Managing Director of Client Development for the Americas. In his role, Frank builds teams and solutions for occupier clients focused on  location and talent strategy, portfolio optimization, and cutting-edge tools and technologies to leverage for real estate process improvement and end-user experience enhancement. Frank’s 25-plus years of experience span tenant representation, corporate services, strategic consulting,  and development. Frank is a seasoned expert in developing bespoke strategies to optimize an occupier’s space holdings that result in considerable cost savings. Frank advises clients from a broad range of market sectors and industries to include government, pharmaceutical, healthcare, engineering, communications, financial services and consumer products.

Prior to joining CBRE, Frank led the Occupier Services business development team throughout the North American region at Savills. Prior to that, Frank had served as the market leader for Savills’ operations in Dallas.

Before transitioning to Savills, Frank led Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio services within the western region (after the merger of DTZ/Cassidy Turley). Frank had previously served as the national portfolio services leader and was a member of the Board of Directors for Cassidy Turley. In this role, Frank provided tenant representation and integrated services to corporate clients. Before that, Frank specialized in strategic planning, customer relations, team development and client consulting as Senior Vice President with UGL Equis. Frank was also a Senior Asset Manager for General Services Administration’s (GSA) Mid-Atlantic region, providing account management and tenant representation services for the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration and US Coast Guard. During his time with GSA, Frank oversaw the development of more than $1 billion in mission-critical federal facilities.

Frank has served on the Advisory Board for Southern Methodist University and was a former board member of The Real Estate Council (TREC). Frank has worked with The First Tee, a nonprofit organization that teaches children life skills through purposed golf lessons. Additionally, Frank has been recognized multiple times for his commercial real estate passion and work ethic. Frank was named a ‘Power Broker’ from 2012 through 2019 by D CEO (D Magazine). Frank has also been a featured blogger for D CEO Magazine, Inc. Magazine, The Huffington Post and Entrepreneur Magazine.
