Fred Ragsdale is a distinguished professional specializing in industrial commercial real estate and site selection. Fred collaborates with a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies. His keen eye for detail and comprehensive market analyses skills enable him to identify optimal sites that align with his clients' specific requirements.

Fred approaches each project with meticulous attention to detail, conducting thorough feasibility studies and financial analyses to provide clients with well-informed recommendations. His expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions as he has an in-depth understanding of the zoning regulations, permitting processes, and infrastructure considerations that are crucial to the industrial and commercial sectors.

Fred has been an integral contributor at several of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2015. Before joining CBRE in 2023, he was a Senior Vice President at JLL, where he spent five years, with additional experience at CBRE in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Wingert Real Estate Company in Dallas. He began his career in corporate finance and accounting with Bank of America and Neiman Marcus, giving him a solid foundation in business finance.

When Fred is not immersed in the world of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their son, Wilbert.
