Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, Gabe Schnitzer specializes in representing landlords and buyers of industrial and investment properties throughout the Portland Metro area and Southwest Washington.
As a proud fourth-generation Portlander, Gabe Schnitzer has a deep-rooted connection to the community, making real estate a natural fit for him. He graduated from Jesuit High School before attending the University of Oregon, where he majored in business and served as president of his fraternity while also competing on the lacrosse team.
Gabe is also actively engaged in the Jewish community, recently becoming the youngest board member of B’nai Brith. With his strong ties to the area and commitment to service, Gabe is dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate landscape in Portland and Southwest Washington.
Before joining CBRE in 2024, Gabe spent nearly eight years at Norris and Stevens, Inc., where he advanced to the position of Vice President of Industrial Properties. In this role, he specialized in owner/user sales and landlord representation. His time at Norris and Stevens allowed him to develop a deep understanding of commercial real estate and acquire valuable insights into the complexities of the Portland market.
