Gabe specializes in the disposition of multifamily and build-to-rent communities throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding markets.
As part of CBRE’s capital markets team, Gabe is engaged in all aspects with clients including valuation and modeling, positioning and pricing strategies, marketing, negotiating, and closing transactions. He also works closely with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance and Land Advisory practices to help clients source land sites, structure capital, and sell, refinance, or recapitalize projects at stabilization. Gabe has completed over $1.1 billion of investment sales and development transactions throughout his career.
Outside the office, Gabe enjoys skiing and playing tennis. He is involved with ULI, CCIM, and serves on a team managing real estate and expansion activities for a local church.
