Gaven Bridgman joined CBRE’s Florham Park office in 2026 as an Associate, specializing in retail services. Mr. Bridgman brings experience in both tenant representation and landlord representation across the New York and New Jersey retail markets, with a particular focus on brand-driven site selection and retail leasing strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bridgman served as an Associate at The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) in their Paramus, NJ office, where he worked across a range of retail assignments including tenant representation for national and regional retailers as well as landlord leasing for shopping center properties throughout New Jersey. Before TSCG, Mr. Bridgman gained foundational experience at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City, where he was part of a retail brokerage team focused on urban leasing.
A graduate of Babson College, Mr. Bridgman brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his practice, with a keen understanding of how consumer brands approach real estate decisions as a strategic extension of their identity.
Gaven resides in Cranford, NJ and is an avid golfer, soccer player, and sports enthusiast.
