Genevieve Neukom is the Financial Analyst for the Dell Account, overseeing the finances for Dell’s North American portfolio. Her oversight includes client invoice management, budgeting assistance for both CBRE and Dell, and data analysis to support the Alliance Director, Sourcing Manager, and account FMs.
Ms. Neukom joined CBRE in September of 2014 as the Financial Analyst on the Dell account. Since joining she has restructured and streamlined the client invoicing process and invoice templates, built in flexibility so as the account expands minimal changes need to be made, and helped the account FMs construct the budget with client for the service and provide tracking tools to balance the actuals against the budget.
Genevieve has over 4 years of experience in facilities finances. Prior to joining CBRE she was employed by Novitex working at Dell in Facilities as the business analyst on the construction projects team. She managed all PO creation, invoice processing, and CAPEX and OPEX budget analysis for the project managers. Before that she worked in customer service and technical support for computer software and cable internet access.
