Geoff Gonzalez serves as Managing Director for CBRE’s San Jose office, where he leads the firm’s Advisory business across Silicon Valley. In this role, he oversees brokerage professionals and multiple lines of business, driving integrated strategies and delivering exceptional results for clients. His leadership spans strategic planning, business development, recruiting, transaction services, and both occupier and investor initiatives throughout the region.
Before stepping into management, Geoff spent five years as a brokerage professional, completing over 2 million square feet of transactions totaling $1 billion in value. He joined CBRE in 2018 to lead the firm’s Research department, where he developed deep market expertise and a data‑driven approach that continues to inform his leadership today.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Geoff competed in professional golf tournaments worldwide, including on the PGA Tour.
