As First Vice President with CBRE, Geoff specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Real Estate Investment opportunities throughout the US.
Geoff is heavily invested in technology; he has spent the past 15 years developing a custom marketing system that helps his clients save Time and Money.
For his clients that need to sell, Geoff and his team have access to a large pool of qualified buyers capable of producing immediate “market rate” offers.
For his clients that need to buy, Geoff and his team have the capabilities to quickly find “off-market” opportunities matching their criteria. This will typically double or triple a buyer’s available options.
Prior to joining CBRE, Geoff exclusively sourced off-market opportunities for Publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts, Private Equity Firms and Family Offices. He has closed on 1.5B in off-market transactions including Retail, Office, Medical and Industrial Product Types.
Geoff’s 20 years of transaction experience in combination with CBRE’s Best in Class Brokerage Platform has made him uniquely qualified to advise his clients at every stage of a transaction to ensure the best possible outcome.
