Mr. Gilsdorf has over 20 years of professional experience in performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint surveys, asbestos remediation oversight, biological assessments, wetland delineations, and construction inspections. His Broad and solid experience has been gained by completing and managing numerous projects in the United States and abroad. Mr. Gilsdorf has a keen ability to understand all aspects involved in real estate due diligence studies.

Mr. Gilsdorf’s environmental experience extends from the initial Phase I Environmental Site Assessment through the Phase II; and, his property construction/building inspection experiences extends from ground breaking construction to completion and follow up property condition assessments. Mr. Gilsdorf’s approach focuses on maximizing research and technical resources for early resolution of potential issues before moving into the next phase. He has been responsible of the rapid of practical alternatives to address open environmental issues on due diligence studies.

Mr. Gilsdorf has managed over 2,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments including shopping centers, stadiums, commercial office/retail properties, and industrial properties. His environmental and building knowledge, skills, and training enable him to provide timely recommendations tailored to the specific needs of real estate transactions. He is experience in dealings with regulatory agencies and multi-party transactions and has obtained many agency closures on sites that originally had significant and complex environmental issues.
