George Goldstein Toscano is a Financial Analyst in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
As a Financial Analyst, George supports various brokerage teams with complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the implications of real estate occupancy decisions and to help landlords understand the impact of implementing various strategies. He provides key analytical support tailored to each situation to create client satisfaction.
Prior to CBRE’s Consulting Group, George graduated from The University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business where he studied Finance, Real Estate, and Portuguese. While on campus, George was in ROTC and now serves as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army Reserve as an Intelligence Officer.
