George Maragos

As Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial Corporate Services group, Mr. Maragos focuses on corporate real estate solutions. With expertise in portfolio or asset analysis, strategic planning, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition, he is consistently ranked among the top industrial professionals at CBRE. His clientele include a diversified representation of local, national and international corporations.

In 2008, Mr. Maragos was recognized as one of the top three industrial producers nationwide and received the Colbert Coldwell Circle award distinguishing the top 3% of CBRE producers within the U.S.

Mr. Maragos has represented companies in more than 30 North American, Asia Pacific and European markets, completing over 90 million square feet in transactions during his 27 years in the industry. He represents companies such as The Hershey Company, for which he serves as CBRE’s single point of contact, overseeing global transactions along with John Deere & Co, as part of their Global Transaction team. He also completed significant transactions for General Electric, Cargill, Ryerson, and American Licorice.

Before entering into real estate, Mr. Maragos was a principal and an officer for a manufacturing firm that he assisted in taking public.
