As Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, Mr. Maragos focuses on corporate real estate solutions. With expertise in portfolio management, asset analysis, strategic planning, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition. His clientele includes a diversified representation of local, national, and international corporations.
Mr. Maragos has represented companies in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, completing over 150 million square feet in transactions. He represents companies such as The Hershey Company and John Deere & Company as part of their Global Transaction account team. He has also completed significant transactions for General Electric and Cargill.
Before entering into real estate, Mr. Maragos was a principal and an officer for a manufacturing firm that he assisted in taking public.
