George Wilson is a licensed Architect with 31 years’ experience in commercial architectural practice and evaluations focused on commercial property of diverse types in North America.
He is a Managing Director within CBRE VAS and specializes in Property Condition Assessments and Technical Due Diligence (Building Surveys) in the U.S. and Canada. He leads a team of surveyors that specialize in this field.
As he is best practice lead, he is responsible for the determining of CBRE’s policies and procedures in respect of this business line. George has led multi-disciplinary technical teams to undertake building surveys over a range of property types including commercial office, residential, retail, industrial, research & development facilities, critical facilities and hotels. Many of these roles have related to multi-site and multi-country portfolios for a range of purposes including property acquisition and disposal, loan security or legal purposes.
