Georgia serves as a Client Services Coordinator in CBRE’s Houston office, providing high-level operational and strategic support to Kevin Kushner, William Padon and Sydnee Hilburn’s office occupier team. She manages her team’s pipeline, maintains and optimizes client and listing databases, conducts detailed property and market research, and develops marketing and promotional materials. She plays a key role in ensuring seamless workflow, accurate data management, and efficient project execution contributing to the success of her team and their clients.
Georgia brings a valuable skillset and a unique background to her role, graduating summa cum laude from Texas A&M University and having experience in real estate and ranching. Her deep familiarity with South Texas and rural properties, coupled with her previous commercial real estate experience, equips her with a rare and valuable perspective. Georgia’s ability to identify well-aligned properties, support strategic marketing efforts, and understanding of commercial assets enhances her team’s performance and delivers meaningful value to clients.
In addition to her role at CBRE, Georgia is an avid equestrian and culinary enthusiast. Whether at the stable or exploring the diverse landscapes of Texas, she enjoys immersing herself in the outdoors.
