Georgia Powell is an Associate in the Radnor office of CBRE, Inc., and joined the commercial real estate industry in 2022. Georgia joined CBRE shortly after graduating Temple University with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Accounting.
She specializes in tenant representation for national and regional retailers expanding in the tri-state area. Some tenants she has assisted with their expansion efforts include: Advance Auto Parts, Planet Fitness, Amazon, Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers, and Veterinary Centers of America. She performs disposition services for some of these retailers as well. Additionally, Georgia assists Landlords in leasing a significant amount of retail space in and around Philadelphia. Some Landlords she works with include: Simon Property Group, Kravco Company, Stoltz Management, and SJC Ventures. Georgia enjoys helping to bring retailers to market and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Georgia is also a member of ICSC.
