She maintains financial databases, prepares internal documentation, and ensures timely coordination across teams and leadership.
Prior to joining CBRE, Gianna worked with Bozzuto Management Company for over five years as a Sales and Marketing Associate at multiple residential properties throughout Baltimore, MD. She has extensive history managing the leasing processes for luxury apartment buildings, enhancing resident experience, and generating engagement via social media.
