Gianna Papa is a member of the CBRE National Partners Industrial Investment Sales team, a national partnership of five integrated teams delivering exceptional strategy and execution across the industrial real estate lifecycle. Focused on the North Central Region, Gianna works alongside leading sales professionals Mike Caprile, Ryan Bain, Zach Graham, Judd Welliver, Bentley Smith, and Joe Horrigan.

As a Senior Investment Sales Analyst, Gianna supports and drives the full transaction lifecycle—including pre marketing due diligence, market research, production of offering materials, deal marketing, and closing coordination. Since beginning her career in 2022, she has contributed to more than 75 industrial portfolio and single asset transactions totaling over $5.5 billion.

CBRE National Partners—38 industrial leaders acting as one within a unified partnership model—provides superior information, analytics, strategy, and execution across the capital stack. From 2022 to 2025, the team completed 214 transactions totaling 126 million square feet and $13.4 billion in aggregate value, supported by best in class analytical resources and execution expertise.
