Gianni joined CBRE in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Debt and Structured Finance. His brokerage firm, Novo Capital Partners, Inc., was acquired along with key members of the company. At CBRE, Gianni leads a team of professionals specializing in strategic debt and equity solutions for commercial real estate owners across various product types, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial. Gianni oversees all aspects of the team’s loan production and sales activity. With over 600 transactions closed and more than one billion dollars of loan volume financed, he is a trusted advisor to his clients. Gianni has cultivated long-standing lender relationships, some which span over a decade. His commitment to always perform at the highest level and deliver exceptional results has elevated him to one of the most reputable private capital and middle market loan originators in Southern California.
Gianni began his professional work experience at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney while attending Loyola Marymount University. After graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and emphasis in Finance, his career began at a well-recognized national commercial real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles, where he established a foundation in business development and underwriting analysis. Subsequently, he co-founded and served under various well known commercial real estate companies which further strengthened his business operation and leadership skills.
Gianni was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and attended St. John Bosco High School, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. He currently resides in Brentwood with his wife and daughter. Gianni is an active tennis player and enjoys endurance activities, however his favorite activity is taking his daughter to Jiu-jitsu and tennis practice.
