Gillian Phillips

Gillian is a Senior Facilities Manager for the Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) account in the Global Workplace Solutions Division of CBRE. She administers the day-to-day operations of the 4.5M SF Miami Rental Car Center which sees an average of 8.5M customers annually. The facility, built by the Department of Transportation and owned by Miami Dade Aviation Department, is an integral part of the Miami International Airport and Intermodal Center.

Gillian leads a multi-discipline team overseeing all aspects of the 24/7 operations including Life Safety, Security, Sustainability, Operations & Maintenance and Vendor Management.

Gillian has extensive experience in Facility and Project Management with CBRE. Prior to joining the CRC account, she was a Facility Manager overseeing the Washington Mutual Portfolio in New York City, and later as a Construction Project Manager on the Regions Bank Account in South Florida.

Gillian received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Marketing, SCL, from The American College, London, UK. She is a Real Estate Sales Associate licensed in the State of Florida. She is LEED GA accredited and CBRE-UTD- University of Texas at Dallas PJM-I certified. In addition, Gillian speaks French, Italian, and Spanish fluently.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Gillian managed the East Coast Administration and Facilities for Cnet Networks.
