Giovanna Bolivar is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning brokerage, leasing, client services, and real estate operations. Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale market, she supports one of the high-performing industrial leasing teams at CBRE, where she delivers comprehensive administrative, transactional, and marketing support that ensures accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across complex deals.
In her current role, Giovanna coordinates end-to-end transaction support, including commission processing, marketing material development, property information packages, database management, and the execution of high-level client meetings and property tours. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate fast-paced environments, she plays a key role in maintaining brand standards and facilitating seamless collaboration among brokers, clients, and internal partners.
Giovanna’s background includes hands-on experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and investment real estate. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as a Broker Associate and Office Manager, where she supported transactions through closing, assisted investors with acquisitions and due diligence, and played a leadership role in agent recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention. Her career also includes international real estate outreach, having conducted webinars for foreign investors interested in U.S. markets.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about building strong relationships and delivering polished, reliable results.
