Glenn Lowe

Glenn Lowe is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser within the Valuation and Advisory Services Group’s Dallas/Fort Worth offices in the South Central Region. As a Senior Appraiser, Mr. Lowe’s primary responsibilities include real estate appraisal and market analysis for all property types in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Mr. Lowe has provided valuation services for office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties, among other specialty property types including surgery centers, lifestyle centers, residential subdivisions, LIHTC Tax Credits, data centers, auto dealerships, self storage facilities, and Class A mixed-use developments, among others. Valuation services provided include property valuation, rent analysis, highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, and market studies in various geographic locations, with an emphasis on properties located within Tarrant and Dallas Counties.

Mr. Lowe also provides support for CBRE’s services pertaining to eminent domain condemnation and litigation as it relates to both residential and commercial properties, which include right-of-way, tax assessment disputes, bankruptcy, etc.

Mr. Lowe began his career with CBRE in August 2014. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lowe worked in the financial sector in addition to obtaining a degree in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University
