Glyn Nelson is the Head of Capital Markets Research, Asia Pacific for CBRE. Based in Singapore, he drives capital market thought leadership and related research activities across the region.
Glyn has over 25 years of real estate experience in the Asia Pacific region. His previous role was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the Asia Pacific core strategy at AEW, where he oversaw the strategy’s investments and operations, and before that, he served as Head of Research and Strategy, Asia Pacific. His earlier experience also includes Head of Asia Pacific Property Research for Aberdeen Asset Management and Head of Real Estate Intelligence for JLL.
