Gordon Benedict possesses more than 26 years of industrial real estate experience. He specializes in the representation & management of 3PLs, MROs, building supply & materials, and e-commerce companies’ real estate portfolios. He has completed over 500 leasing, purchase & sales, and build-to-suit transactions totaling over $950 million in volume. He offers specialized supply chain consulting services such as network optimization, facilities design, labor analysis studies, and incentives negotiations. He holistically counsels his clients throughout the entire life cycle of a deal, from conception to completion, leveraging the competitive market to their advantage ensuring that they operate under favorable lease terms.
