Grace is an Analyst with CBRE’s Southwest Division of the National Retail Partners group that specializes in the disposition of institutional grade retail investments. Grace joined the group in as an analyst in May of 2023. Prior to her analyst role, Grace interned with the CBRE National Retail Partners team while completing her senior year at SMU. Her team consists of a well tenured, successful group consisting of Chris Cozby, Jim Batjer & Mark Witcher.
Prior to joining CBRE, Grace worked as a real estate agent and property manager for Fowler Real Estate Group, a local residential brokerage.
