Gracie is a member of the Cincinnati Multi-Market Advisory & Transaction Management Team. She provides multi-market advisory services to national retail and office space occupiers with an emphasis in managing high priority transaction initiatives. Gracie provides strategic planning, transaction execution, account management and ongoing portfolio optimization programs for corporations and public entities.
Gracie’s scope of work includes provides account organization and strategic planning for clients. In the duration of her time at the University of Cincinnati, she was involved with their student-run real estate organization, UCREA, as well as the Real Estate Center at the university. Before joining CBRE, Gracie was a Brokerage Intern at Colliers Cincinnati and a Research Intern at Colliers Columbus.
Over her career, Gracie and her team have delivered over $250 million in client savings through portfolio optimization programs ranging from lease restructuring, strategic acquisitions or relocations, M&A consulting and surplus property dispositions. Gracie and her team complete over 400 transactions annually.
