Graham Grealish

Graham is a member of CBRE San Francisco's urban retail team, which focuses on representation and consulting for best-in-class retail landlords and tenants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and US. The urban retail team is called on by owners and investors for consulting work for repositioning and redevelopment, particularly with large and complex mixed-use assets as well as by retailers for advisory and transaction services.

Prior to joining CBRE, Graham was a Real Estate manager at Lidl, the German grocer and subsidiary of the Schwarz Group that operates 12,000 stores in 31 countries. He was responsible for store expansion strategy and execution in northern New Jersey and Westchester County New York as well as portfolio management.

Graham began his career in retail real estate at SRS Real Estate Partners in San Francisco. At SRS Graham focused on urban landlord and tenant representation. His most notable work involved the roll out of All Day Kitchens, a delivery-optimized kitchen concept backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Tishman Speyer, helping them grow from 1 store to 10 in the Bay Area in under 2 years. His other clients included The Melt, Topdrawer, Unlimited Biking, Panoramic Interests, and Read Investments.

Graham was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended Stuart Hall High School in Pacific Heights and Loyola University New Orleans.
