Graham Grealish

Graham Grealish is a member of the San Francisco Urban Retail team, which focuses on representation and consulting for best-in-class landlords and tenants. Graham and the Urban Retail Team are called on for their exceptional consulting work for assets in need of repositioning and large national scale developments.

Prior to joining CBRE, Graham was a member of the real estate team at Lidl, the German grocer operating 12,000 stores in 31 countries. He was responsible for store expansion strategy and execution in northern New Jersey and Westchester County New York.

Graham began his career in retail real estate at SRS Real Estate Partners in San Francisco in 2018. At SRS Graham focused on urban landlord and tenant representation. His most notable work involved the roll out of All Day Kitchens, a delivery-optimized kitchen concept, helping them grow from 1 store to 10 in the Bay Area in under 2 years. His other clients included The Melt, Topdrawer, Unlimited Biking, Panoramic Interests, and Read Investments.

Graham was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended Stuart Hall High School in Pacific Heights and Loyola University New Orleans.
