Graham Little

Since relocating to Atlanta in 2014, Graham Little has become a prominent office leasing professional in the Atlanta area, marketing some of the city’s most iconic projects. A sampling of projects within Graham’s current portfolio includes Science Square Labs, Lenox Park, Glenridge Highlands, The Medici, and Windward Fairways.

His vast market knowledge and relationships, along with his experience working “in-house” with both institutional owners and private developers, have allowed him to attain unique insights and skills that have translated to great results for his clients. Graham believes trust and integrity are essential for building relationships with clients, colleagues, and his community. His commitment to doing what’s right enables him to deliver solutions that transform and improve the assets, submarkets, and communities in which his clients operate.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Graham worked in various leasing and asset management roles, most recently as Vice President with Colliers. Prior to Colliers Graham was at Manulife Investment Management fka John Hancock Real Estate.
