Graham Little

Since relocating to Atlanta in 2014, Graham Little has become a prominent office leasing professional in the Atlanta area, marketing some of the city’s most iconic projects including 1072 West Peachtree, Peachtree Center, Phipps Tower, The Proscenium, and Glenridge Highlands. His vast market knowledge and relationships, along with his experience working “in-house” with both institutional owners and private developers, have allowed him to attain unique insights and skills that have translated to great results for his clients. Graham believes trust and integrity are essential for building relationships with clients, colleagues, and his community. His commitment to doing what’s right enables him to deliver solutions that transform and improve the assets, submarkets, and communities in which his clients operate. Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Graham worked in various leasing and asset management roles, most recently as Vice President with Colliers.
